I downloaded the 30 day trial version of AutoCAD 2008 yesterday because I need to learn how to do something different, due to the fact that I have arthritis. I then set out to learn how to use the program, and because of my limited computer skills, this was not easy.
I decided to do a search in youtube for video tutorials, because for me, this is the easiest way to learn. You tube came up with one of the videos from this site, which do not have a very good resolution, but thank goodness the site URL was clear. I followed the URL and will never look back.
Thanks for the tutorials, this has made my future look alot more positive. I had visions of having to stay at home and living off my wife, which, to me, is not the way to go. I have only been through the first 10 videos so far and know 1000% more about AutoCAD than I did yesterday.
I would like to commend you on such a great service to the world and will certainly refer others like myself to this site.
I stumbled upon these tutorial videos through youtube and i must say that it is so much easier to understand...I'm willing to subscribe but I just wanted to know, how long do they usually update with more videos? anyone know? Thanks.
We need to get this forum more active to try encourage admin to update the videos on a more regular basis, since I joined (about two weeks ago, I think) there has been no update that I know of. So if you know others who use AutoCAD, newbies or experienced, give them the URL for it and send them along. I unfortunately don't know any english speaking people that use it here in Italy, but if I come across any, I definitely will pass it on.
Hey lurchandpasta, thanks for replying. I recently emailed them about how often they update their site but still haven't received a reply. = /
wow, i just checked section II of the tutorials and they added 4 new videos!!..I remember the last being 28 right? Can anyone confirm? Thanks!
