I noticed that Jim's cursor always has a yellow shade highlighted color in his tutorial videos.I want my cursor in AutoCAD workspace to also have this fancy highlighted yellow color, but I don't know how to set it up. Anybody knows how?

That is something you can not do in AutoCAD. Jim get's that because it's part of Camtasia which is the recording video software to make computer Tutorials. I helps people see what he is doing during his tutorials.
